Unable to Connect to Voice/Text Chat
If you're experiencing issues connecting to voice chat then that likely means that something is blocking your connection, or some other network issue is occurring that is preventing you from connecting.
Players Connecting from Egypt
Our chat service (Vivox) utilizes ports that are blocked in certain countries, including Egypt and some other countries in the region. Some players have had success utilizing a VPN to connect to chat, however please note that VPNs aren't legal in certain countries. Please check your local laws and regulations if you choose to use one.
In the case that you don't live in a country that blocks chat services, such as Egypt, then you may be experiencing other network issues that are preventing you from connecting to the chat services. Please attempt the troubleshooting in our Network Troubleshooting article to see if that resolves your issue.
