How to find your Steam ID Steps:
Your Steam ID is a 17 digit number that can be found in your desktop Steam app.
- Go to your profile icon in the top right corner.
- In the drop-down menu select "Account Details".
- Your Steam ID will be visible under your Steam username.
How to find your Spectre Account ID Steps:
In Spectre go to the Social Tab, then choose INVITES, click on COPY ACCOUNT ID TO CLIPBOARD, then paste the result here.
- Launch Spectre and open the Social Tab.
- Select INVITES.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on COPY ACCOUNT ID TO CLIPBOARD, then paste the result here.
A common reason purchasing doesn't work is the Steam Overlay not being enabled. Follow this guide to enable this setting. If it still doesn't work please hit us up and we will investigate.
All purchases are completed through the Steam Store and you will need to reach out to Steam Support to request a refund. We do not have the capabilities on our side to process refunds for purchases made on the Steam Store.

We use Vivox for voice and text chat. Check out the Player Troubleshooting guide for some basic troubleshooting steps. If you are never able to connect to the platform this is mostly likely an issue with your firewall blocking the connection or you are in a restricted country that doesn't allow VOIP software(like Egypt).
